When funds are available, Trace Properties principal, Edwin Lavender, may provide additional financing for new buyers. Usually, Mr. Lavender’s terms would be financing for five (5) years on a 15-year amortization schedule with a 20 percent down payment. Most promissory notes are made at 7 to 7.5 percent depending on credit worthiness.
